8/11/2004 BUMPER EVENT PLANNED FOR GRASSLAND 2005
Exhibitor bookings for Grassland 2005, to be held next May, are well up on target. And with still six months to go, plans are in place to make Grassland 2005, which incorporates Muck 05, the biggest exhibition of its kind ever held in Europe.
Organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of England and in partnership with Kemira GrowHow, Grassland 2005 will take place on Wednesday 18 May and Thursday 19 May at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.
Covering more than 170 acres, Grassland 2005 will include working demonstrations of grassland machinery and muck handling equipment. Variety and treatment plots will also be on show, combined with trade exhibits and industry seminars. The event will be of direct interest to all farmers involved in livestock production dairy, beef and sheep producers as well as contractors, says George Fisher, marketing communications manager of Kemira GrowHow.
On one site and in one or two days, visitors will be able to see a huge range of equipment and systems in action, as well as visit trade stands covering all aspects of grassland and muck management.
The Royal Agricultural Society of England aims to attract more than 12,500 visitors to Grassland 2005.
